The Romanian designer Carmen Emanuela Popa launched on Saturday, February 6, in a special private event, BD new collection fall / winter 2016.
The concept collection is an eulogy to the human body forms, combining two complementary elements, strength and feminine sensibility. Chromatics reminds us of the different facets of light that envelope the body in times of the day, in an intimate atmosphere connected to the social environment in which human character activates.
"The human body, study forms of the sketches and studies of color always fascinated me. The courses of anatomy brought the joy of discovering a type of beauty marked by subtleties of line and chromatic. This beauty seems transpires through clothes, and we confirm that it exists beyond each garment, beyond every face, sad or happy, both as expressive, but often marked by the presence of a primary anonymity" says Carmen Emanuela Popa.
2015 was the year in which the designer has completed studies with a master's degree in fashion design at the Faculty of Decorative Arts and Design, National University of Arts Bucharest. Earlier this year, she returns with the new collection BD for fall / winter 2016. Currently, Carmen Emanuela Popa is already working on next season's collection for spring / summer 2017
Lansarea Colectiei BD toamna / iarna 2016 | Carmen Emanuela Popa
Designerul roman Carmen Emanuela Popa a lansat sambata, 6 februarie, in cadrul unui eveniment privat, noua colectie BD toamna / iarna 2016. Conceptul colectiei este o elogiere a formelor corpului uman, combinand doua elemente complementare majore, forta si sensibilitatea feminina. Cromatica ne aminteste de diferitele ipostaze ale luminii care invaluieste corpul uman in momente ale zilei, intr-o atmosfera intima dar si raportarea la mediul social in care personajul uman activeaza.
" Dintotdeauna m-a fascinat corpul uman si studierea formelor prin crochiuri sau studiile de culoare. Cursurile de anatomie au adus bucuria descoperirii unui tip de frumusete marcata de subtilitati de linie dar si cromatice. Aceasta frumusete parca transpare prin haine si ne confirma ca ea exista dincolo de fiecare vesmant, dincolo de fiecare chip, trist sau vesel, deopotriva de expresive, dar marcate adeseori de prezenta unui anonimat primar . Anul 2015 a fost anul in care designerul si-a definitivat studiile printr-o diploma de master in fashion design in cadrul Facultatii de Arte Decorative si Design, a Universitatii Nationale de Arte Bucuresti. La inceputul acestui an, revine in forta cu noua colectie BD pentru toamna / iarna 2016. In prezent, designerul Carmen Emanuela Popa lucreaza deja la colectia pentru sezonul urmator, primavara - vara 2017.
